As for your poles, you can attach them to the elastic drawstrings. There is also a compartment for the hydration bladder (hydration bladder not included). Thanks to the ErgoFit design, which consists of wide straps with an ergonomic shape, the vest will distribute the weight more evenly, preventing your shoulders and neck from tiring out quickly.
