Spacious family tent with an additional sleeping cabin The Intrepid 5 from Wechsel is a must-have for camping trips with the whole family! It’s a spacious tunnel tent that sleeps up to five people, making it great for families. The flysheet is made of tear-resistant ripstop polyester and has a water-repellent PU coating that provides protection against the elements. Plus, the PU-coated tent floor made of durable polyester has a hydrostatic head of 7,000 mm, so moisture won’t get in from below either. The lightweight and stable aluminium poles along with the aerodynamic shape offer good wind resistance. The poles are colour coded, so you can quickly and easily set up the tent. Spacious and comfortable The tunnel tent has a large vestibule and two opposite entrances that offer protection against the rain. The interior is divided into a vestibule, a large and a small sleeping cabin, which can accommodate up to five people in total. The small cabin is designed for one person and can be unhooked to make the vestibule bigger. In addition, the inner tent is made of breathable and water-repellent polyester that will prevent condensation from forming inside. This, along with the four Apex ventilation flaps will let air circulate through. Other practical features include the strategically placed mosquito nets to keep out bugs and the mesh pockets that offer storage space for all kinds of small items. The included stuff sack for easy transport completes the Intrepid 5 from Wechsel.
